Any exchange must be made within 7 DAYS of purchase with a receipt
Items presented for exchange must be in the same condition as they were when initially sold (unused, boxed, etc)
A credit note will not be issued unless the item has a manufacturing fault and proof of purchase is produced to the staff within the store
Electrical items will only be exchanged as per the manufacturer’s warranty and only on items found to be faulty as a result of manufacturing and not misuse
There is no exchange on the following: hair accessories, hair pieces, combs and brushes due to health regulations
Hairsupplies accepts no responsibility for any professional hair product application that has been applied outside the salon
We do not exchange or refund accessories, electrical items, scissors or products based on incorrect choice or change of mind, UNLESS these items are faulty
