Most shipments will be carried out by Star Track or Australia Post.
Orders in the Perth Metro area (Postcodes 5999-6200) will be charged at a flat rate of $10
Orders anywhere else in Australia will be charged at a flat rate of $20
Orders over $99 with receive FREE shipping Australia wide

Hairsupplies will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged AFTER delivery has taken place. Hairsupplies are always at hand to follow up any missing or lost parcels with our delivery service providers and please be rest assured, that we will do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
During the order process, it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense to correct the problem. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage to goods arising from a late delivery.
Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery, although we always endeavour to get it to you as quick as possible. We always do our best to provide our products on time to our customers. In the event of a delivery being delayed, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancel your order.
