Illustrated by Foil Me’s Co-founder and Creative Director, Emily Ciardiello, The Butterfly captures the enchanting life cycle of a butterfly through a backdrop of dancing foliage and intricate hand-drawn motifs, each representing a different phase of a hairdresser’s journey. Starting as the caterpillar, the apprentice absorbs wisdom passed down by mentor’s (leaves), before transitioning into an emerging artist (cocoon), and finally blossoming into a senior artist (butterfly).
